Outline of Advanced Coach Mentoring Program:
- Self-Assessment of Mature Coaching – pre-work
- ICF Core Competencies – Homework assignments on distinctions between credential levels
- Interactive Tele-classes. 4 Hours CCE. Topics include: Advanced Core Coaching Competencies MCC distinctions Questioning & Transforming Beliefs Getting a Client Unstuck Coach’s Self-Awareness and Self-Management Importance of Establishing Agreement and best practices Use of Metaphors, Visualization, Reframing, and Values Ethics and participant issues
- Group Coaching Skills Practices. 4 hours CCE Group skills practices, with verbal and written feedback from an MCC coach, with extensive discussion of use and proficiency in each of the 11 ICF Competencies.
- One-on-One Mentoring 3 hours CCE Individual Call with MCC Trainer to discuss individual needs for enhanced mastery 2 hours of coaching skills practice with oral and written quantified and specific feedback with assessment criteria for Core Competencies
- Buddy Coaching – pair up with other participants to coach each other
- Certificate granted, to be used for Advanced Coach Training, or to apply for ICF CCEUs.
