Mark Brown works with executives who are striving to become more effective and innovative leaders. An American based in Europe since 1994, he has worked extensively as a facilitator, leadership consultant, and executive coach across Europe, Asia, the Middle East and the Americas, with individuals of 80 nationalities. 

In addition to his work with multinational firms Mark has enjoyed a range of teaching and public sector opportunities, teaching international economics and graduate business courses at Solvay Business School (Université Libre de Bruxelles) and Boston University Graduate Center in Brussels. During his six years in Belgium Mark also led many skills and leadership workshops for the European Commission, the European Parliament and the Court of Justice in Brussels and Luxembourg.

Mark holds an MBA from Solvay Business School (ULB) in Brussels, an MA from SAIS - Johns Hopkins, a diploma in Latin American politics and economics from Universidad de Belgrano in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and a BA from the University of Florida. An experienced executive coach and mentor, he holds a PCC from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). He has published articles on executive coaching, leadership development, and strategy and published his first book in 2016, The Empathic Enterprise: Winning By Staying Human in A Digital Age. Mark works comfortably in English, Spanish and Portuguese. He resides with his wife Meg in northern Spain.

Meg is passionate about partnering with her clients to lead a well-balanced life, with greater clarity, purpose and energy. Her approach is that of a compassionate thought partner, provocateur, and champion of her client’s inner strengths, wisdom and resources.

Meg’s diverse experience includes an award winning global transformational leadership program, leadership development for the global leaders in management consulting, and innovative programs on managing your energy budget for leaders and coaches.  She has also devoted time and energy to training, mentoring and supervising professional coaches on the path to greater mastery. She has worked with leaders and coaches from more than 80 different countries, on five continents.

After a successful career as an attorney, Meg moved into executive education and coaching in 1995. She is a Master Certified Coach (ICF) and a Certified Coach Supervisor. She holds a Juris Doctorate, a Masters in Business and a Bachelor’s Degree. 

Meg has lived in seven countries on three continents, and currently resides with her husband, Mark, in Galicia, Spain.
